Q: Will my chandelier arrive in separate parts and how difficult will be to assemble it?


A: Yes, we send chandeliers in separate parts and it's very easy to assemble them. Each flower, leaf or arm, slides into its own hole placed on a disk. If you need further assistance, call Giuliano!

Q: Are there any extra expenses?

A: Yes, all purchases shipped outside of Italy are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the customs office of the buyer's country. Buyer is responsible for these charges.

Q: What should I do if all or some pieces arrive broken?

A: You will let us know immediately by emailing a photo of the broken piece/s, and we will remake it/them for you as soon as possible.

Q: Will you send me some replacements if I need them later?

A: Of course, we assist our clients forever. Just call or email us and we will prepare the parts you need.

Q: How long will it take to make the chandelier that I want to order?

A: The time varies according to the complexity of the chandelier and number of orders we have at that moment, but an average time would be from 30 to 60 days, except August and Christmas when no work is done due to vacation.

Q: How long does the delivery take?

A: Normally 4-6 weeks. But we'll specifically let you know the time it takes for your own delivery, and provide your online tracking number.

Q: Will I receive my chandelier right to my door step, or have I to go to collect it at my nearest airport?

A: You will receive your chandelier, lamp or torch light right to your door step.

Q: May i return or cancel a custom made order?

A: Any custom made order can not be cancelled or refunded because it was tailor made to fit your specific needs( as to size, color and any other modifications)
